All FMT Officers are Licensed in accordance with the Private Security Industry Act 2001. Licenses are issued by the SECURITY INDUSTRY AUTHORITY (SIA).
Close business relationships are developed with our Training providers (outsourced training centres) to ensure maximum availability of training courses when and where we need them. The Company is mindful of it’s responsibilities to those employees who may have learning difficulties and to this end, a qualified reader is provided whenever necessary.

Core Competency Training for Security Guarding is delivered in Two stages as follows:
PART 1: Knowledge based training and assessment (3 Days)
Role and responsibilities of Security Operatives
Customer Care and Social skills

Dealing with incidents and emergencies
The Law (Civil and Criminal)
Procedures for the control of keys and equipment
Assignment instructions Reporting
PART 2: Practical scenario based on training and assessment. (1 Day)
