Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
- Conduct presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to close deals effectively
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market developments
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong proficiency with SAP, Hana, Cloud, CRM software such as Salesforce and other CRM tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards building relationships
- Knowledge of industry-specific trends and market dynamics is a plus
